Sales Executive
• Build and manage a strong client pipeline through calls, follow-ups, and inquiries.
• Arrange and conduct project site visits across Pune & Konkan.
• Convert leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Marketing Executive
• Conduct home visits, meet potential customers in person, and explain project details clearly.
• Execute outdoor marketing activities such as banners, kiosks, society promotions, and field campaigns.
• Generate leads through on-ground interaction and ensure follow-ups to convert enquiries into bookings.
Site Supervisor - Civil & Infrastructure
• Monitor civil work progress, labour activities, and material usage on-site.
• Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and internal teams for site readiness.
Project Manager - Civil & Infrastructure
• Oversee end-to-end project planning, budgeting, and execution for multiple sites.
• Manage contractors, vendors, purchase requirements, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely project completion with quality checks and smooth handovers.
Print Media Expert
• Design and manage brochures, outdoor ads, newspaper creatives, and branding assets.
• Coordinate with printing vendors for quality output and timely deliveries.
• Support marketing campaigns through high-quality offline promotional materials.
Software Engineer
• Develop and maintain internal software systems, automation tools, and dashboards.
• Work with API integrations, databases, and cross-departmental tech requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and deliver scalable tech solutions.
Clerk / Stenographer
• Manage typing, documentation, filing, and office records with accuracy.
• Prepare reports and letters using M.S. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in English & Marathi stenography/typing, legal basics, court work, E-filing, and Legal Department support.
Agriculture Officer
• Conduct farm inspections, soil checks, and crop health assessments.
• Guide clients on plantation, maintenance, and best farming practices.
• Support corporate farming projects with technical agricultural expertise.
Accountant - Finance & Accounts
• Manage daily bookkeeping, vendor payments, invoicing, and receipt tracking.
• Prepare GST filings, monthly financial reports, and balance sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project-wise financial documentation.
